Psalm 100:2a Serve the Lord with gladness;
The question is....are you serving the Lord? The bible is clear we need to be a part of a bible believing church using your gifts and talents gladly for the Lord to help others! Also outside the church you are to serve the Lord loving others and sharing the gospel. For the follower of Jesus these things are not options it is a teaching of the bible. Are we obeying???

Psalm 40:2-3
He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, Out of the miry clay, And set my feet upon a rock, And established my steps, He has put a new song in my mouth—Praise to our God; Many will see it and fear,And will trust in the Lord.
The pit and miry clay are my sins! Jesus put my feet upon Him my Lord and Savior to save me from my sins! Now He leads me and establishes my steps. I have a new song in my mouth-praise of Him all the day long!! Now the way I live people will see the change and want to know how and why!!! I share the gospel and many will trust in the Lord!!!
Praise the Lord for saving my soul!!!! Can you say the same? You can!!! Come to Jesus!!!~ He loves you!

Jesus is trying to tell us something here! If we are gonna call Him Lord we are to obey His teachings! If we are not going to obey then He is not our Lord!!!

Ephesians 4:21
21 assuming that you have heard about him and were taught in him, as the truth is in Jesus,
Truth starts in one man....Jesus! As He is God as well. We can search and listen to others but if we want to get to the source of truth we must always start and come back to Jesus. The news, your neighbor, and others will claim they know the truth but until we make sure it aligns with Jesus and His Word we won't know if it is truth or lies!
Always run it through Jesus, for the truth will set you free!

1 Thessalonians 2:4
4 but just as we have been approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel, so we speak, not to please man, but to please God who tests our hearts.
Just like Paul we all as followers of Jesus we have a job to do. Share the gospel. As we share that gospel we are doing it to please God not man. That is what our while life should be about pleasing God not man!!! Now let us all ask ourselves that question....am I trying to please man or God?
Bring glory to God.....please Him in all we do and say!

Always remember the light defeats darkness which means Jesus defeats Satan and thus those who put their faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior win as well!!!!

Read this verse:
Romans 15:13
13 Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
1. God is our hope! Not a hope that it happens but a completed hope just waiting for all to be fulfilled!
2. With this hope we have joy and peace by believing in Jesus!
3.The Holy Spirit is our power of God to continue in our hope until Jesus returns and takes us to heaven!
Do you have this hope? You can! Call on Jesus today and believe!

Psalm 143:10
Teach me to do your will,
For You are my God;
Your Spirit is good.
Lead me in the land of uprightness.
Yes Lord as a follower teach me to do and obey your will at all times. You are my God and I want to be a faithful servant and son. You gave us a good Holy Spirit to lead us in this life we live and may He lead us to be upright in every area of our lives!!!
