Give it to God!
As the new school year has started and I have heard about all the anxieties that go along with it (also for us everyday workers too, lol), for the follower of Jesus I have the answer to these issues:
1 Peter 5:6-7
Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, 7 casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.
If we put God first in everything, and humble ourselves before Him, we can cast all our issues upon Him and He will take them from us because He loves us!!!! Why don't we do this? Perhaps it is in the humble issue, we have pride in thinking we can addle it ourselves in which we find out we really can't! Or perhaps it is in our faith, we don't think God will do what He says He will do. Only you know why you don't do this but guess what??? You can start today!
Give it to God brothers and sisters, He wants you too!

Headed back to school....
As our teachers and kids head back to school and for each of us who are followers of Jesus may we be reminded of our responsibilities:
Romans 1:16
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.
It does not matter what the government says, or or Boards of Education, or anybody else, God says to spread the gospel for eternity is at stake! Do not be ashamed of the TRUTH! The world needs us to stand strong no matter the consequences, are we willing? Jesus was willing to die for us may we be willing to stand for Him!
Praying for all of us, stand strong brothers and sisters!

Come quickly Jesus!
OH Lord Jesus as we see this world of ours accepting sin as ok more and more, we pray this day you will come quickly and bring your children home!
Revelation 22:20
[ I Am Coming Quickly ] He who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming quickly.” Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
Psalm 22:19
But you, Lord, do not be far from me.
You are my strength; come quickly to help me.
Psalm 31:2
Turn your ear to me,
come quickly to my rescue;
be my rock of refuge,
a strong fortress to save me.

come quickly to me, O God.

The older I get the more I am ready for Jesus to come right now!!! But I realize He is giving many time to repent and turn to Him!
2 Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
