Are you searching for Faithfulness?

Faithfulness is hard to find these days. Mankind is fickle. If you want true faithfulness there is only one place to turn…To God.

Lamentations 3:22-23 

22 The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;

    his mercies never come to an end;

23 they are new every morning;

    great is your faithfulness.

God is the very definition of Faithfulness! As His love never ceases for those He created in His image…Us! His mercy He gives over and over. 

So if you are looking for someone to be faithful and who will never leave you nor forsake you at any time…then Jesus is the One whom you are looking for!!! Call out to Him today…you won’t be disappointed!!!

Why the world is falling apart!

It is very simple to figure out why the United States and the world is falling apart.

Colossians 1:17 

17 And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together.

In Christ ALL things are held together. Without Jesus ALL things fall apart.

This is why those who are in Christ can endure all things until Jesus come for they have God dwelling inside them giving them the strength they need from day to day.

The only way this world of ours can make a come back is in Christ…..will they turn to Him???? Pray my friends….pray!

No Greater Love!

Stop for a moment and ponder this verse:

1 John 3:1a

3 Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God!

We can have the privilege of being called a child of God! Do we really understand this? Do we really know how awesome that is? And if we do, do we like a life worthy of being called a child of God and bring Him honor and glory in everything we say and do???

It is important to understand though, the only way to become a legitimate child of God is through the shed blood of Jesus upon the cross. You must put your faith and trust in the Son Of God to become a child of God!

Thank you for your great love Lord and the opportunity to become your child! We are not worthy but we are grateful!

Have you exercised today?

All of us need exercise. I hope sometime today you get that body moving! It is good for you! But there is an exercise we all need daily that we tend to maybe not think about….godliness!!! Look at this Word from God:

1 Timothy 4:7b

7b and exercise yourself toward godliness.

It takes work to be godly. We will never achieve perfection in it until we are resurrected but we strive for it each and every day. Read your bible, obey it, pray, and love others. That will help get you on your way to godliness.

Have you exercised toward godliness today? Do not neglect your spiritual disciplines!!!!

Be separate!

Remember what God’s word says today as a follower of Jesus!

2 Corinthians 6:17 

17 Therefore

“Come out from among them

And be separate, says the Lord.

Do not touch what is unclean,

And I will receive you.”

You must be separate from the world and the way they live their lives. Yes we must live in the world but we live by the word of God not the standards that the world says is ok.

Think about that as you head out on this Monday…is your speech godly, is what you allow in your head godly such as lyrics to your music and the shows you watch on tv, are you being fair and honest at work, are you helping those less fortunate than you, and are you sharing the gospel. These are a few examples of being separate from the world!

Let’s be like Jesus today not the devil!

Only One answer!

The book of Isaiah have an important verse for us to think and and then answer. Here it is:

Isaiah 64:5c 

5c We are constant sinners;

    how can people like us be saved?

First, we are sinners! If you read the bible it is very clear!

Second, there is only one way for us to saved…through Jesus.

John 14:6 

6 Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.

Only one way to heaven and be free from the condemnation of sin…Jesus. 

Have you answered that question for yourself? Does your life reveal that you are a follower of Jesus?

Find the answer and make your move…you will not regret it!
