Endure!!!

For those who have put their faith in Jesus, we must fight and endure!!!

James 1:12 

12 Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him.

God’s Word is clear…we will face many trials. We must stand the test! The devil is bust trying to bring you down! But when we stand strong in the Lord know we have already won through Jesus!!! Thus we will obtain the crown of life, an eternity with Jesus in heaven! Don’t miss the point that God has promised this to those that love Him!!! If we love Him we obey Him and stand strong in Him!!!

Endure my friends, joy cometh soon in Christ Jesus return!!!

Oh the mercy of God!

Think this morning about the mercy of God. We deserve hell before a holy God! But He loves us so much that….

Lamentations 3:22-23 

22 The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;

      his mercies never come to an end;

23 they are new every morning;

     great is your faithfulness.

Without the mercy of God we have no hope! Thank and praise the Lord with all you got!!!

Did you know that praying for our leaders is pleasing to God???

1 Timothy 2:1-3 

 First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, 2 for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. 3 This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior,

I think it is obvious that our leaders need prayer! So let us be pleasing to God and lift them up often to make wise decisions that would be in line with what God declares in His word!

Pray folks pray! There is much power in prayer!

The ONLY place to go!

Psalm 119:114 

114 You are my hiding place and my shield;

        I hope in your word.

In my life I have tried to find protection and hope in many places. I found the ONLY place to go and find these are in God and His Word!

Try it for yourself and you will not be disappointed. You will find God is what you have been looking for to fulfill your soul in every area!

Thank you Lord for giving all those made in Your image a place to go and the hope we need.

No Tomorrow???

We do not know what the day will hold. Are you prepared if there is no tomorrow?

James 4:14 

14 yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes.

Life is short, are you ready to die? You can and should be!

Remember what Jesus said:

John 14:6 

6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

The NOLY way to prepare for a no tomorrow is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Every other way leads directly to hell!!!

Get prepared!!!!
