Will of God-Give Thanks!

 

Let us remember these verses:

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 

16 Rejoice always, 17 pray without ceasing, 18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

Fo the follower of Jesus we have been blessed beyond measure with salvation! Then add in all the other blessings of God and these verses should flow from our mouths!!!

1. Rejoice-praise God!

2.Pray-communicate with God! 

3.Give thanks-be grateful to God!

4. Obedience-doing the will of God!

Let us live these verses daily!!!

Romans 10:17 

17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. 

One must hear the Word of God to come to faith in Jesus Christ. So the question is are you sharing the Word of God with others!!! Their eternity is at stake! Let's get about the Father's business as tell the good news of Jesus Christ!

 Let us remember no matter what life brings we are children of God and are looking forward to our eternal home in heaven with Him!

Psalm 34:5 

5 They looked to Him and were radiant,
And their faces were not ashamed.

So let us glow with the joy of the Lord. Others should know and see in our faces we are followers of Jesus!!!! We are not ashamed but proud to be His!!! Let your faith shine, shine, shine!!!!

Tips for living.

 Here are a couple tips for living from God's Word:

James 5:13 

13 Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing psalms.

1. Are you suffering in some way today? Pray! Give it to God!

2. Are you cheerful today because all is good? Sing psalms! Praise God and give Him the worship He deserves. Let others know about your God!!!

Acts 3:26 

26 God, having raised up his servant, sent him to you first, to bless you by turning every one of you from your wickedness.”

God has blessed us we just have to accept it! He gave us His Son Jesus to die for our sins! Thus we can have eternal life in heaven with Him for eternity! What bigger blessing is there than that? There isn't one! Have you put you faith in Jesus as your Lord and Savior??? Be blessed and do it today!!!
