Are you completely dressed this morning?

As you roll out of bed this morning for a new day, are you sure you are completely dressed? Read this:

Romans 13:14 

14 But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.

Don’t forget to put on the Lord! He is the most important! Then you will have the power to defeat the devil and the day as he throws his lies and temptations at you. Thus you will be pleasing to the Lord!

Get dressed right!!!

For the follower of Jesus in 2019

No matter what comes your way as a follower of Jesus in 2019 there is a verse in the bible you do not need to forget:

Hebrews 13:5c

5c  For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”

You will have some awesome times this year….Jesus is with you…praise Him!

You will have some tough times this year….Jesus is with you…praise Him!

The simple fact that God is with us and will not leave us is enough. Praise Him!

Have a blessed 2019 and serve King Jesus with all you got!

Inside and outside-a new year

Going into New Year-make a commitment!

First read Psalm 119…all of it is on the importance of God’s Word! So going into the new year make a commitment to read the most important book of all time-the bible-all the way through. After all if God wrote us a guide book for life don’t it make sense we should read it and know it????

Psalm 119:1-2 

1 Blessed are the undefiled in the way,

Who walk in the law of the Lord!

2 Blessed are those who keep His testimonies,

Who seek Him with the whole heart!

Be blessed by God…read, know, keep, and obey the Word of God in 2019 and beyond!!!

Christmas is over now what?

For the follower of Jesus the worship and serving of the Lord is never over. We should be energized to continue to proclaim Jesus, help others, love all, and serve the Lord will al we have! As a friend said….”Don’t pack up Jesus with the decorations”!

Colossians 3:23-24 

23 And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, 24 knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for[a] you serve the Lord Christ.

If you only think of and worship Jesus a couple times a year you had better check your relationship with the Lord. A true follower has a lifestyle of living for Jesus!!!

Luke 2:11 

11 For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.

I pray all know the Savior of the World and worship Him alone!

Try all you want…

One can try all they want but their is none like God or even close to being equal to God!

Isaiah 40:25 

26 “To whom then will you liken Me,

Or to whom shall I be equal?” says the Holy One.

Think about the Love of God…sending Jesus to die for sinners so they can have eternal life.

Think about the mercy of God…forgiving those who deserve hell.

Think about the power of God…Creating the universe and you and I without even breaking a sweat.

You can try all you want to discredit God but you will fail because He is the One and only God so worship and adore Him as He deserves!
