 Male and Female

God is not confused when He makes us. He chooses our gender and that is who we are and who are to remain. To change is to play God and that is not a smart thing to do. Fulfill your role that God has given you and obey His will for your life.

Genesis 1:27

27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.

Genesis 5:2

2 He created them male and female, and blessed them and called them Mankind in the day they were created.

Controversial things of the bible. #1

 Hello all! I am back from a little visit back home to see my family!

I am starting a series on controversial things of the bible.  Of course these are not really controversial as man has put his 2 cents in instead of making the Word of God as absolute truth! You are welcome to comment but I will not be arguing a point I will just let the Word speak for itself. Also if you have a topic feel free to post it and I will cover it! So let's go!

#1 Eternal life in heaven

According to the bible there is only one way for Salvation and eternal life in Heaven. Faith alone in Jesus Christ. That's it...no works, no riding on parent's salvation, no being a church member....just a personal relationship with Jesus the Savior of the World.

John 14:6

6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

Acts 4:12

12 Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

Safety in God!

We need the Lord for without Him we are nothing! Thank the Lord for His mercy for He owes us nothing!

 Proverbs 3:27

As followers of Jesus we represent Him and He always took time to help others. We are blessed by Him and He expects us to use those blessings to help others and point them to God. May we do as His Word tells us! You will receive a blessing in just knowing you were obedient to God!
