Use caution!

Seen this today and couldn't agree more! Watch how you use God's name!!!

“You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain.” Exodus 20:7 “In vain” = “Lightly, rashly, irreverently, unnecessarily, or without weighty or sufficient cause” (Poole). The issue is not mainly desecration, but diminishment. Not filth, but flippancy. E.g., OMG.

God is God and we need to be very carful in how we use His name and what we say about Him. May we praise Him and glorify Him in everything we say and do!
