Sufferings are nothing!

As a follower of Jesus we face many situations in life that will be trying but we need to keep what God’s word says to us in mind at all times:

Romans 8:18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us.

If we are truly following Jesus we will have times that we suffer, if we never face sufferings chances are we are not doing the works Jesus has called us too which is sharing the gospel.

When we face the sufferings remember we are just on this earth for a short time compared to eternity. What we gain in eternity with God will far surpass the sufferings we ever face on this side of heaven. 

Remember our examples...Jesus, Paul, Peter, Moses, and many others who went through suffering but all stayed the course and continued to serve God until eternity called!

May we be ever faithful to the Father’s business of bringing others to Jesus no matter the cost for it will be worth it in the end!
